Intiriguing photo of an Italian SM.75 in Portugal, most probably in Lisbon. Aircraft first flown on 31 October 1942 as MM60550. To LATI as I-BUTI in February 1943. Wears military outfit with Fascist roundel on the nose. 60550 apperars to be painted on the tailfin, but with a different prefix than MM. LATI maintained a Rome - Seville - Lisbon.

SM.75 "Marsupiale" - three-engined cantilever low-wing aircraft - maiden flight on November 6, 1937. The plane accommodated up to 30 passengers. Five aircraft of the first batch were delivered to Ala Littoria, one aircraft - to the Italian Ministry of Aviation, along with the aircraft of the Italian Air Force. A total of 94 aircraft were produced.
